Thank you for visiting our site! If you have come this far, you probably have a few questions that you need some answers to. Our most commonly asked questions are below. You can give us a call at the office (850) 386-8909 or you may email us. In the meantime, here are some other things you might want to know:
What should I expect the service to be like?
Our Sunday service starts with Bible study at 9:30 a.m. with the main message starting at 10:30 a.m. We would describe our services to start off warm and welcoming with a very Biblical message to follow by Pastor Callahan that includes some light-hearted jokes. Bring your Bible or follow along by looking above at the projector screen.
What’s available for my kids?
You can sit and enjoy Bible study classes and the worship service knowing that your children are safe in our nursery and children’s church. We have a graded program from infants and up.
How do I get there?
Maranatha Baptist Church is located on Tharpe Street (2532 W. Tharpe St). Click here for directions.
What should I wear?
Nobody that visits our church is judged by what they are wearing. Please come as you are.
Will I be called out as a first-time guest?
We love new visitors and do not want to make you feel uncomfortable but would love it if you want to introduce yourself. If not, please fill out one of our visitor cards and drop it in the offering plate or at the entrance when you leave.
How can I become a member?
It is very simple to become a member at our church. First, you must be a born-again Christian and baptized. If you have done that, all you have to do is let Pastor Callahan know that you want to join. If you choose, you may also attend our new member’s class where you can learn more about our church. If at any time you have any other questions, please contact Pastor Callahan by email or call the church office at any time (850) 386-8909.
