Join us on Wednesdays at 6:30 for a mid-week Spiritual lift!
Pastor will lead a Bible study in the auditorium entitled "How to Meet Life's Challenges."
A Bible study using God's Word to answer many of today's questions will be led by Garry Foraker.
Pastor's wife will facilitate Beth Moore's Breaking Free that leads you through a study of the Scriptures to discover the transforming power of Christian freedom. Based on Isaiah 61:1-4, this in-depth study draws parallels between the captive Isaelites and today's believers. Scripture will point out the benefits of our relationship with God and shows you how to remove obstacles that hinder that relationship. As you identify spiritual strongholds in your life, you will progress on the journey toward greater freedom in Christ.
Financial Peace University - Dave Ramsey
What could the People of God do for the Kingdom of God if they were Debt-Free? Dave Ramsey is nationally acclaimed for his money management expertise. FPU is designed to help people prosper financially by helping them get out of debt. Did you know that through the Bible, God has given us over 800 scriptures about money, showing us how to handle our finances His way? The Bible has a lot of interesting things to say about money, debt and personal finance. Here are a few of the things Financial Peace University can accomplish:
Financial Peace University will help build family trees.
Strengthening families strengthens the church. Bad financial habits and debt problems can be passed from generation to generation, but Financial Peace University teaches your church's families how to free themselves from the burden of debt and build lasting wealth.
Financial Peace University will create stronger marriages.
More than 35% of Christian marriages end in divorce, and financial problems are the number one cause. Financial Peace University will teach couples in your church about money, budgeting, spending, saving, and how to communicate about their finances.
Financial Peace University will provide a solid financial foundation for singles.
The small-group atmosphere created by Financial Peace University will help single church members find accountability partners. Using the "buddy system" will help them stay focused on their personal financial goals. |
